Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure:
You have the LeadCRM Chrome Extension installed and are logged in.
Your SalesForce account is connected to LeadCRM (See how to connect).
Step 1: Open LinkedIn
Step 2: Add & Sync Prospect
Click on Add as Contact, wait for few seconds and this prospect will be created in your CRM (if does not already exist), along with this conversation also will be synced.
Now this prospect will be tracked for all future conversations and it will be automatically synced as they happen over period.
Once chat is syned you will see updated screen like this:
Step 3: Verify on SalesForce : Chat synced with CRM
LeadCRM will push the conversation history from LinkedIn as a Activity under the selected contact in your SalesForce account.
