How to Upgrade Your LeadCRM Plan and What Plans Are Available

Quick Steps: How to Upgrade First

  • Navigate to the left sidebar → Billing → Pricing.

  • Select the plan (click on Select/Change) and billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual) to subscribe.

  • Confirm payment to complete the upgrade.

  • Manage upgrades/downgrades for yourself and team members from this same Billing area.

Manage Billing, Credits, and Account Details

Within Billing → Billing & Subscription, you can:

  • Buy more lead credits (paid plans only)

  • View and download past invoices

  • View and manage saved cards (add a new card)

  • Update billing address

  • See current plan details and renewal date

Plans and Availability

  • Free plan: Lets users test the product and basic features; no free trial period, and lead credits cannot be purchased on Free.

  • Paid plans: Professional, Grow, Ultimate

  • Billing cycles: Monthly, Quarterly, Annual (all auto-renew unless canceled before renewal)

Notes:

  • Users can upgrade anytime from one plan to another.

  • Lead credits are only available for customers on any paid plan.

  • There is no free trial, but the Free plan allows testing without a credit card.

Buying Lead Credits (Paid Plans Only)

  • Go to Billing → Billing & Subscription.

  • Choose the number of lead credits to purchase.

  • Complete payment; credits are added to the account.

  • Lead credits are used for Lead Finder and enrichment to access verified emails and direct dials.

Detailed Upgrade/Downgrade Controls

  • Upgrading: Select a higher plan or longer billing cycle in Billing → Pricing and confirm payment. Your account will be upgraded immediately and you card will be charged pro rated amount for remaining time in your subscription.

  • Downgrading: From the same page, choose a lower plan; changes will reflect from the next billing cycle per policy for cancellations.

  • Team Management: Admins can manage plan changes for teammates from the Billing area.

  • Can I buy lead credits on the Free plan?
    No. Lead credits are only available on paid plans.

  • Is there a free trial?
    No free trial. There is a Free plan to test core functionality.

    Billing → Billing & Subscription shows invoices, saved cards, billing address, current plan, and renewal date.

    Yes. Admins can manage plan changes for themselves and team members in the Billing area.

  • Can teammate buy credits?
    Yes they make the purchase either via adding their own card or using Admin card (if allowed while inviting teammate)
