LeadCRM makes LinkedIn outreach faster and more personalized with Templates — pre‑saved messages you can insert instantly into chats.
You can use a Template in two ways:
Manually — Select it from the Template list inside the Chrome Extension.
With a Shortcut — Type a slash
/
followed by the Template’s shortcut name (e.g.,/followup
) to insert it instantly.
What is a Template?
A Template is a saved message you’ve created in LeadCRM.
It’s ideal for messages you send often — like follow-ups, introductions, or thank‑you notes.
Personalization with Placeholders
LeadCRM Templates support dynamic placeholders that automatically insert the recipient's details:
#firstname
→ Prospect’s first name#companyname
→ Their company name#jobtitle
→ Their job title
Example Template:
Title: Followup message
Shortcut: followup
Body:
Hello #firstname, glad to connect. I see that you are working at #companyname. Would you be open for a quick chat?
Using it with “John from Microsoft”:
Typing /followup
turns it into:
Hello John, glad to connect. I see that you are working at Microsoft. Would you be open for a quick chat?
