Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure you have:

  • A LeadCRM account and the Chrome extension installed (Setup Guide)

  • Pipedrive permissions to install apps

  • A decision on which Pipedrive properties to map (e.g., Email, Job Title, LinkedIn Profile URL, Company Domain).

Note: LeadCRM supports any text-based custom fields as well.

Step 1: Connect Pipedrive to LeadCRM

  1. Open the LeadCRM DashboardUser Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive.

  2. Select Connect.

  3. Sign in to Pipedrive, choose the correct portal, and grant access.

  4. Confirm the status shows “Connected” in LeadCRM.

Step 2: Choose What and Where to Sync

Once your CRM is connected, you can configure how LinkedIn data flows into Pipedrive.

  1. Go to the Field Mapping section. You’ll see two categories: Contact and Company.

  2. On the left column, you’ll find all LinkedIn fields available to be Synced using LeadCRM.

  3. On the right column, you’ll see the fields available in your CRM (supports all text-type fields).

  4. Map them appropriately:

    • Example: Map a prospect’s Job Title from LinkedIn to your custom Current Job Title field in Pipedrive.

⚠️ Important: Use one-to-one mapping. If you assign multiple LinkedIn fields to the same Pipedrive field, values will be overwritten.

  1. Once satisfied, click Save.

  2. Repeat the process for Company fields.

This is a one-time setup. You won’t need to redo it later.

Step 3: Navigate to LinkedIn

  1. Open any LinkedIn profile and notice the extra UI elements added by LeadCRM.

  2. If the person is not in your Pipedrive, you’ll see a prompt to add them.

  3. If the person already exists in Pipedrive, you’ll see their matching record.
