Basic Requirements
✅ LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription (any tier)
✅ Chrome browser with LeadCRM extension installed
✅ Connected CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Copper, or Google Sheets
✅ Field mapping configured between LinkedIn and your CRM (so that LeadCRM can send all the data you need correctly into each field)

🛠️ Step-by-Step Export Process
Step 1: Prepare Your Sales Navigator Search ⏱️ 3 minutes
Open LinkedIn Sales Navigator in Chrome browser
Build your targeted search using filters:
Industry, company size, location
Job title, seniority level, function
Company growth, technology used
Review search results to ensure quality prospects
Save your search for future use (optional)
Pro Tip: Sales Navigator shows maximum 2,500 results per search. Create multiple targeted searches for larger prospect lists.
Step 2: Select Profiles for Export ⏱️ 2 minutes
Profile Selection Methods
Option A: From Search Results Page
Browse through search results page by page
Select individual profiles using checkboxes next to each prospect
Choose up to 250 profiles for your export batch
Option B: From Saved Lead Lists
Navigate to "Saved" → "Leads" in Sales Navigator
Open your saved lead list
Select desired profiles from your saved prospects
Step 3: Locate the Floating Export Button ⏱️ 30 seconds
Once you've selected profiles, you'll see:
Floating button appears at the bottom right corner of your Sales Navigator page
Button becomes active (highlighted) when profiles are selected
Export count displayed showing number of selected profiles
Step 4: Initiate Export & Enrichment ⏱️ 1 minute
Click the floating export button at bottom right
Select export options:
Export as Contact
Enrich & Export as Contact (recommended) ✅
Export as Lead
Enrich & Export as Lead

Once completed you can view the whole list and their details. You can views them in Google Sheet or Connected CRM easily.
PS: If you has Enriched as well you will be able to find them inside Prospect section as well.
⚠️ Important: Keep Page Open
Critical: Do NOT close the Sales Navigator page until the progress bar shows 100% completion. Closing the page will interrupt the export process.
Ensure you have connected your CRM or Google Sheet for this function to work as LeadCRM does allow to directly download as CSV.
